I am a wife and mother of two young kids, as well as full time therapist. I totally understand the constraints of homemaking, working, and balancing your health in the process. That said, I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong body and a sound mind. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design a program that fits your needs and guide you through every step of executing your personalized plan. Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.As a fully qualified and accredited trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives. We will work together to achieve a strong and capable body. A body you feel comfortable in moving through your day to day life. Through workouts and nutritional focuses, we will get you to a place of true health and wellness.
With my background and education as a licensed therapist, I have the coaching tools needed to help transform your mindset from functioning based on unhealthy behaviors and beliefs to running on the belief that you can and you will own your life. Important note, mindset coaching will NOT be therapy. There is a difference between deep wound healing and trauma resolution, and helping you achieve your goals and overcome the mental obstacles to get there.
