HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

Instead of just making you sweat or cutting your calories, I take an individualized and evidence based approach to meeting your goals. My passion for education and helping others drives my confidence that you will become a healthier version yourself. 

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

No. I believe nutritional guidance is part of health and fitness. As I am not a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist by guidance is purely offering suggestions, not medical advice. You should always make sure you are checking in with your doctor on your diet changes.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY?

Your health and fitness is a priority to me when you’re my client. So I need to know if you’re cancelling 24hrs in advance to your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged $30.
