Jumpstart Your Health

30-60 min Consultation 

Free consultation to get to know each other! We will discuss in detail your current goals, as well as complete a questionnaire on your medical history, lifestyle, occupation, nutritional history etc. I will provide input on current nutrition and exercise. We will discuss what training with me will look like.

Assessment session

A nonnegotiable session for any client I work with. We will go through a variety of physical and mental assessments to discover where you are currently at in order to create a personalized program specifically for you. 

One on One Training Sessions 

Exactly what it sounds. One on one training with me including a check in, a goal for the session, warm up/primer, the workout, a cool down, and debrief.

Training Program (no sessions, just check ins)

I will create a 12 wk training program specifically for you and your goals. No in person training sessions included unless asked for, occasional check ins.

30 min Nutritional Guidance Session

Sit down with me for 30 minutes to go over your current diet and eating habits to see where changes could be made to get you to your goals.

Mindset Coaching Session

A 30-60 minute mindset coaching one on one session. We will review your goals and your mental barriers and physical behaviors that are blocking you from reaching them. Then we will brainstorm ways to overcome the barriers.
This is not a therapy session. If I see greater need, I will refer you to a local mental health professional.

Presentations

Presentation on anything health and fitness related. Engaging and evidence based information used. I will tailor the presentation to your needs.
